If you work in the private sector in the UAE you should expect a decent pay rise next year. That’s according to the business consultants, Towers Watson. Their salary survey says UAE employees are expected to earn 5% more next year. This comes as a study by the Institute of Management Accountants found the UAE has among the highest wage levels in the Middle East.
