R. Kelly has set his sights on performing in Dubai.
According to US media reports, the musician is seeking permission in court to fly to the emirate for a series of yet to be confirmed concerts.
He is currently facing legal action for abuse charges against four women, three of whom were underage at the time.
Kelly's lawyer could seek permission to travel on the basis that he needs to work in order to “pay his day to day living expenses”.
